Kensington property renovation

This desirable town house in Kensington enjoyed good light, but its interior was a confused blend of modern necessity and uncoordinated furnishings that contradicted the light and period features.

ABM undertook and full property renovation working with an interior designer to breathe life into the interior and make it a home new the owners would be excited to adopt and make their own. The highlights included converting the kitchen into a luxurious ultra-modern kitchen dining area and patio and renovating period features including the exterior facia, stained glass and incorporating period fireplaces into a contemporary interior scheme.
